PS wall panels, full name Polystyrene Decorative Wall Panels, are primarily made from polystyrene PS particles, supplemented with eco-friendly flame retardants and stabilizers. They undergo a double-screw extrusion foaming process to achieve one-piece molding, with a surface thermally laminated PET/PVC decorative film. The resulting modular decorative panels feature recessed grooves, grids, and 3D sculptural designs.
