Our Process

A According to the type of project, budget, and turnover times, choose:
① Wooden formwork (laminated board): high cost performance, suitable for small and medium-sized construction sites and short-term projects, with a turnover of 3-5 times. The advantages are lightweight and easy to cut, but the disadvantages are easy deformation and high loss;
② Steel formwork: suitable for large-scale projects and long-term turnover, with a turnover of more than 15 times. Its advantages are high strength, no deformation, and smooth surface. Its disadvantages are heavy weight, high installation difficulty, and high price;
③ Aluminum formwork: suitable for high-rise and standardized projects, with a turnover of more than 30 times. Its advantages are lightweight, fast installation, good appearance, and no need for plastering in the later stage. The disadvantage is that it requires high initial investment and is suitable for projects that require batch reuse.

A ① Specification selection: According to the requirements of the engineering drawings, commonly used threaded steel HRB400E (seismic grade) is used, with specifications ranging from Φ 12 to Φ 32. Large specifications (above Φ 20) are used for beams and columns, and small specifications (Φ 12- Φ 16) are used for slabs and walls, with clear parameters such as seismic grade and yield strength;

② Avoid adulteration: Priority should be given to selecting legitimate manufacturers (such as large steel mills), verifying the surface labeling of steel bars (manufacturer code, specifications, brand), requiring the provision of testing reports, sampling and inspecting the diameter deviation and mechanical properties of steel bars, and eliminating "slimming steel bars" and "non-standard steel bars".

A The core focus is on safety performance, with three key points to be checked:
① Material: Q235B steel is used for steel pipes, with a wall thickness of not less than 3.6mm, and no rust or cracks;
② Fasteners: Use malleable cast iron fasteners with no sand holes or cracks on the surface, and no looseness after tightening. Provide a product certificate (avoid using inferior cast iron fasteners);
③ Supporting accessories: Top and bottom supports need to be anti slip and meet load-bearing standards.

A PVC wall panels are more waterproof, environmentally friendly, durable, easier to maintain, and installed faster than wallpaper and wall cloth, making them an upgraded alternative to modern decoration.
