Glue direct installation
Suitable for smooth painted wall, old tile wall. Apply neutral structural glue on PS wall panel back, press tightly on wall, fix with masking tape, wait 24h for full curing. Not fit for powdery falling wall.
Keel dry hanging installation
Fit for rough wall, bathroom, basement. Fix wood/metal keel on wall, lock PS panels with interlock groove, install special trim for corner. Leave 3–5mm expansion gap on top and bottom.
Put PS wall panels in doors 24–48h before installation to adapt ambient temperature.
Construction temperature keep 5–35℃, avoid extreme hot or cold.
Use neutral mildew-proof glue for wet areas, acid glue is forbidden.
Leave expansion gaps to prevent arching caused by thermal expansion.
Keep panels away from long-time direct sunlight to avoid surface fading.
Clean with soft cloth and neutral detergent, no hard scratch tools or strong acid cleaner.
