I. Core Function (Template System)
H16 beam/ H20 beam is the main keel of the horizontal / vertical formwork, combined with formwork plywood, steel frames / aluminum frames to form a complete formwork system:
1) Horizontal formwork (floor / bottom of beams): As the main keel, H20 beam directly supports the formwork panels and the weight of concrete, reducing the number of supporting uprights.
2) Vertical formwork (walls / columns): H20 beam used as the back keel for wall forms and column forms, resisting the lateral pressure of concrete to ensure the accuracy of pouring and shaping.
3) Special formwork: Suitable for complex formwork systems such as curved, irregular, and hydraulic climbing forms.
4) Bridge / infrastructure: Used for the formwork support of concrete structures such as bridge piers, box girders, and foundation piers.
II. Why Use H16/ H20 BEAM (Core Advantage)
1) High cost-effectiveness: The H20 beam I-shaped section has high mechanical efficiency, strong strength, and light weight (about 4.6kg/m), which can be manually transported, saving on lifting and labor costs.
2) Stable and durable: High-quality spruce flanges + multi-layered board webs, with good straightness and low susceptibility to deformation, resistant to water, acids, and alkalis, and capable of being reused hundreds of times.
3) High versatility: The H20 beam is compliant with EN 13377 standards, compatible with global mainstream formwork systems (such as Doka, Peri, etc.), and convenient for splicing / extending.
4) Economical: Low amortization cost, suitable for large-scale, reusable projects.

FAQ
1) What are the appearance quality standards for H16/ H20 beam?
The surface is smooth, free from decay, large knots, and cracks;
Multi layer web board without glue cracking, delamination, or moisture deformation; Overall straight, without bending or twisting
2) What are the advantages of H16/ H20 wooden beams compared to solid wood beams?
Traditional wooden beams usually bend, crack, become short, and become useless after 5 to 15 times. H20 wooden beams can be used 50 to 150 times, which can lower the usage cost. H20 single cost ≈ 1/3 to 1/5 of traditional wooden beams
3) How to choose H16/ H20 wooden beams, steel back ribs, and aluminum beams?
To achieve the most cost-effective, sufficient turnover, and easy labor, choose H20 BEAM; High load and high walls steel back ribs are selected; high-end projects choose aluminum alloy beams
