Types of steel supporting post:
1. Ordinary adjustable steel support (single support top)

Steps for adjusting the use of steel supports:
1. Preparation work: Check whether the steel support is bent, cracked, the thread is intact, and the adjustment is smooth.
2. Install the base: Place the base on the ground or floor, level and stabilize it. If the ground is soft, a cushion plate should be added to prevent sinking.
3. Preliminary height adjustment: Pull out the inner tube and adjust it to a height close to the intended use. Insert the safety pin to prevent sudden slipping.
4. Place the top support: Place the top support on top and press it against the bottom of the beam, slab, or formwork to ensure that the top support is centered, firm, and not skewed.
5. Fine leveling: Rotate the adjusting nut, slowly raise the support, and push the template to the design elevation. Tighten but not deform due to excessive force.
6. Reinforcement and inspection: if necessary, add slant support and pull rod to prevent side fall, and check whether all pins and nuts are locked.
7. Removal steps: first remove the surrounding formwork, slant support, etc. Loosen the adjusting nut and slowly descend. Remove the top support, pull out the safety pin, and retract the inner tube. Handle with care and store by category.
