What is UV (PVC) Marble Sheet?

How to install the UV wall panel?

1. Preparation before install

   Lay the PVC wall panel at the construction site flat and allow it to stand at a constant temperature for 48 hours to adapt to the temperature and humidity on site and prevent warping after installation on the wall; Prohibit long-term inclined stacking against the wall;

   The installation of the wall should be dry, firm, and have high flatness, without floating dust or hollowing. If the wall condition is poor, it is necessary to level the base layer.

   Installation tools: laser level, fine toothed alloy saw, rubber hammer, glue gun, neutral silicone structural glue (acid glue is strictly prohibited! Corrosive UV paint surface)

   Prepare wall panel matching lines: H-shaped flat joint strip, L-shaped external corner, internal internal internal corner, and edge strip; Sewing glue, protective film, etc.

2. Use a laser to create vertical and horizontal control lines on the wall surface;

   Cut the board to the appropriate size;

   Apply glue to the back of the board, with one dot at each corner and evenly distributed glue dots in the middle, with a spacing of 25-30cm; reserve 3-5cm from the edge of the board to avoid glue overflow and pollution of the UV bright surface;

   Align the control line, stick the wall panel to the wall, and gently tap and compact it with a rubber hammer from the center to the surrounding areas to release air; Temporary positioning with textured paper, do not touch or apply force within 24 hours;

   Install closing strips, corner protectors, or internal and external corners

3. After the glue is completely cured (≥ 48h), remove the surface protective film
